The hotel is conveniently located right opposite Trivandrum Central railway station, making it perfect for exploring nearby attractions like Kanya Kumari and Varkala. The rooms are not up to cleaning standards and fall short compared to neighboring hotels. Despite this, the restaurant staff is friendly and attentive, providing a warm service experience to guests. The dining offers good choices and a la carte options, although some days are limited to vegetarian dishes.
The stay at Appollo Demora was a mix of highs and lows. While the rooms didn't meet the cleanliness standards I expected, they were well-proportioned and had amenities like a sofa for extra comfort. The location was convenient right opposite the Trivandrum railway station, but there were some service lapses that needed reminding. The dining experience was adequate, though mainly offering Indian cuisine. The facilities were average with no standout features.
The hotel is conveniently located just opposite the Trivandrum railway station, making it safe and easy for solo foreign travelers like me. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-proportioned, although there was some water spilling around. The staff was a mix of less attentive and hospitable, but overall very smooth check-in/out. The dining experience offered a good spread of various cuisines, though I wish there were more options. Great value for the discounted rate with a few minor inconveniences.
